Project Description
The Intermodal Hub (I-Hub) LRT Project, done with Salt Lake City as the Project sponsor, was a one-mile double track light rail project connecting UTA’s end of line station at Energy Solutions Arena (formally the Delta Center) to Salt Lake City’s intermodal hub located at 600 West 300 South. The Project included three station platforms, a triple tail track configuration, and complete roadway reconstruction within the public right of way. Completion of this project provided a light rail connection to the intermodal hub and currently facilitates convenient access between multiple transportation modes; Greyhound Buses, Amtrak, UTA buses and commuter rail. The Project was advanced through the environmental stage, preliminary engineering, final design, and construction.

SG&A Scope of Work/Challenges
SG&A was contracted to serve the Project as a deputy project manager/design manager.

Success Story
The Project was designed on schedule and within budget and met the standard of quality expected.
