Steve Greene knows how to manage a project successfully, can recognize when a project is not being managed well, and can identify where a project is taking unnecessary risks. This ability has come from years of experience managing a wide variety of projects using different procurement methodologies including design/bid/build, design/build, and CM/GC.

This experience can be used by any agency or consultant early in project development to ensure the management for a project is structured correctly, during consultant selection to assist in making sure the proposed project managers have “what it takes”, and during a project to ensure the performance in the project management arena is going as it should.
