October 2010 - Steve Greene & Associates finished the management and administration for the design of the Utah Transit Authority’s Airport Light Rail Project located in Salt Lake City, Utah. This 6-mile project connects downtown Salt Lake City with the Salt Lake City International Airport. The project included street running light rail and corridor running light rail between Interstate 80 and the airport, three water crossings, and a 1600’ long bridge over the Union Pacific Railroad and UTA’s commuter rail system.

November 2010 - Steve Greene & Associates has been awarded the contract to provide various interlocal agreements for the Mesa Light Rail Project in Mesa, Arizona. The agreements include a Design and Construction Agreement, an amended and restated Public Way Use Agreement, and an amended and restated Operations and Maintenance Agreement. SG&A provided the initial interlocal agreements for Valley Metro Rail in 2003 on the agency’s first line.

February 2011 – Steve Greene & Associates was contracted to provide Project Oversight services for the Regional Transportation Authority in Tucson, Arizona for the Modern Streetcar Project.

August 2011 – Steve Greene & Associates was awarded a contract to provide interlocal agreements for the Tucson Modern Streetcar Project. The agreements include a Design and Construction Agreement, a Property Use Agreement, and an Operations and Maintenance Agreement.

August 2011 – The West Valley LRT Project opened for revenue service in the Salt Lake valley. SG&A provided the management and administration for the design of the West Valley LRT Project.

December 2011 – American Council of Engineering Companies, Utah Chapter, awarded the West Valley LRT Project the Grand Conceptor Award, the highest award possible, and elevating the project into a national competition.

January 2011 – HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! Steve Greene & Associates has reached its 9 year anniversary.
