 Steve Greene is the founder and principal of Steve Greene & Associates (Est. 2003) and an expert in the design, development, and management of transit projects. He has had experience both in the private sector with national firms and in the public sector as the Manager of Engineering and Construction for the Utah Transit Authority; he understand all sides of the engineering and construction industry. His expertise ranges through the many stages of major capital programs including the development of environmental documents, federal and local funding, preliminary and final design, and construction. |
