Steve Greene is the founder and principal of Steve Greene & Associates and an expert in the design, development, and management of light rail transit projects. He has had experience both in the private sector with national firms and in the public sector as the Manager of Engineering and Construction for the Utah Transit Authority; he understand all sides of the engineering and transit industry. His expertise ranges through the many stages of major capital programs including the development of environmental documents, federal and local funding, preliminary and final design, and construction. Steve was responsible for the nation's first successful light rail design/build project, completing it ahead of schedule and under budget, in time for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games.
